Your Zip Code Determines Your Health

"Your zip code shouldn't determine how long you live, but it does."

There are "vast differences in life expectancy that can exist from one zip code to the next."

"If you're lucky enough to move to a neighborhood with a grocery store, safe parks and good schools, your health will improve."

Inequities in health must be assessed and addressed on a local level, whether by region, city, neighborhood or even block-by-block.
